Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order enters processing or fulfillment.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has begun processing.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Name associated with the order
  • Email address used when placing the order
  • A clear request to cancel the order

3. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it may no longer be canceled.

Any applicable issues after shipment will be handled under the Refund & Return Policy.

4. Refund for Approved Cancellations
